Kelly Rutherford, who plays Blake Lively’s on-screen mom on Gossip Girl, gives her approval on Lively’s romance with co-star Penn Badgely.
"I think they're so lovely," Rutherford told People Magazine, " They're both so together and whatever happens is their business, and I think they're both darling and very together as people."
Still, the on-screen mom was not always privy on her daughter’s romance. "Of course the 'mother' is always the last to know," Kelly joked.
