Sienna Miller has ordered fiance Rhys Ifans to bulk up his frail frame before they get married this summer. The 26-year-old stunner, who has dated the likes of Jude Law and James Bond star Daniel Craig - definitely knows how to pack out a pair of tight-fitting trunks. Therefore, she has bought her Welsh lover a Power Plate and started him on an exercise regime, in the hope of beefing him up before their wedding. "Poor old Rhys must find it hard to measure up to her exes. He's always been quite skinny," the Mirror quoted a pal, as saying. "Sienna loves him but she just wants him to tone up a bit so he looks great for their big day," the pal added. Sienna ordered the 3,500 pounds Power Plate exercise machine for Rhys so that he can work out at their home in Notting Hill. The trendy "my5" acceleration machine uses vibrations to help tone up muscles and increase fitness.
"Rhys received the Power Plate a couple of days ago and he's been using it already. He's determined to do whatever he can to make Sienna happy," a source said. Sienna also has him out walking her pooches Porgy and Bess at every opportunity, the source added.
