American rock musician and actress Courtney Love was awarded the fourth spot, while 'The Hills' actress Heidi Montag landed the fifth place.
As for their cleaner counterparts, hottie Jessica Biel was voted as the 'cleanest', most healthy-living female star.
The Illusionist actress was followed by 'American Idol' winner Carrie Underwood at the second position.
'The O.C.' actress Rachel Bilson sat pretty at the third spot in the 'Cleanest List'.
The fourth and the fifth position went to 'Fantastic Four' actress Jessica Alba and supermodel 'Tyra Banks' respectively.
