"It's a trick. It's music. I play music a lot. I play a couple of instruments. I think accents come from the same part of your brain. I've always loved accents. I worked a couple days with a coach, just to sort of lock it in, but we filmed in New Orleans, and you listen and you can't help but start speaking that way.

"I'm definitely doing a very country Louisiana accent, which I think is right for down there. A lot of this is about commitment. You just commit to it, and you pay attention." - British actress Minnie Driver credits her fledgling singing career for helping her master accents - because she insists playing a foreign character is just like singing a song.

The Good Will Hunting star has become renowned for her ability to switch accents and nail dialects, and admits even her latest role as a "full-grown swampy from Louisiana" in US TV drama The Riches didn't phase her.

Rating: 2

I don't know what's worse with Minnie's frock, the style or the pear color. Great decolletage by the way but that's not what's going to win points although that will surely drive the men a little cwazy.

What I don't like about the color is because it looks old and used. It looks like it smells and  something you pull out from a discount store under piles and piles of other used goods.
