On a shopping day, I’d make her wear this T-bags navy jersey maxi dress with multicolored embroidered split bib panel. Not only is it pretty on the front, the back has a cutout plait detail. The tiered hem is a lovely plus! Great with slides or flat sandals like the Giuseppe Zanotti Cluster Thong slide.

If I were to dress up Emmanuelle Chriqui, sexy maxi dresses are on the priority list. Although, Emmanuelle loves the figure hugging frocks, she would also look sensational in this two tone Gianfranco Ferre tiered number. With her hair up, a few bangles and long strand necklaces, she’ll definitely make everybody make a second look. Or third. Well, it’s rude to stare, so just keep looking from time to time!1. It’s not hard to dress up someone with Jessica’s body. The flowing, flirty, fun frock is something she can pull off given her sexy shoulders and the long legs.

If I were to dress up Miley Cyrus, I’d make sure it shows a softer side of her. With all these negative press around her, the last thing you want is to see in Miley in revealing mini dresses or outfits that make her look ten years older.

We have to keep the innocence but have the right amount of sexy for her age. This navy strapless ruffled dress in silk charmeuse is perfect for the 16 year old. The cobalt lambskin clutch is plain simplye because the shoes is a major attraction by itself - the navy/blue Christain Louboutin armadillo pleated satin d’ Orsay.

That should do it in all shades of blue.

If I were to dress up Ashley Tisdale shopping with girlfriends, I’d pick this feminine multicolor floral print with smocked bodice and empire waist to add some volune to her skinny frame. And the girl will never leave home with a signature bag, so let’s throw in some Balenciaga Giant Day Bag. I found the perfect thong sandal with wide ankle straps and some bangles to add some color and voila - pretty in blue!

marnitotesport.jpg417rmpjhukl.jpgI know its fall but if you live out here in LA, it still gets really hot! And if I were to dress up Amanda Bynes attending some beach party in Malibu, I’d let her wear this red floral pleated empire waist patio dress.

The print is so vibrant as her personality - it has life of the party written all over it. Flat thongs sandals would be great for the 5′9 1/2 stunner and this Marni balloon bag, which is huge where you can just stuff in your bikini just in case you want to take a dip.

If I were to dress up Kate, it would have to be as cute and as charming as her. This red origami dress is not only brilliant but is perfect for Kate’s skin tone and frame. She can wear with or without the tie and it is beautiful either way!

If I Were to Dress up Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore has donated $1million (£503,000) to the United Nations’ World Food Programme (WFP) to help starving children in Kenya.

The actress announced her “incredible donation” on the Monday edition of Oprah Winfrey chat show, telling Winfrey she was determined to help the WFP’s $3 billion (£1.5 billion) Fill the Cup campaign to feed 59 million school children in developing countries.

“I have seen with my own eyes what a difference a simple cup of nutritious porridge can make in a child’s life,” the Charlie’s Angels star explained.

Barrymore, 33, has travelled to Kenya twice in the past two years as part of her work as a WFP ambassador against hunger.

“It helps them learn, stay healthy and sets them on track for a bright future. I urge everyone - everywhere - to help WFP ‘Fill the Cup’ for hungry children, and make hunger history,” she added.

Josette Sheeran, WFP executive director, also on the show, said the agency has “a dream… to feed another ten million hungry school children in Africa by Thanksgiving Day”.

Twice-divorced Barrymore was also quizzed about her relationship with Die Hard 4 star Justin Long, which she described as “the best”.

“This relationship is great; it’s healthy and it’s productive and it’s supportive and it’s full of humour,” she added.

Long, 29, is starring alongside Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Aniston in upcoming comedy He’s Just Not That Into You, produced by Barrymore’s Flower Films.

When asked what he liked about Barrymore, the Accepted actor explained that “she smells good”.

“She’s beautiful and funny,” he added, “The most compassionate person I’ve ever met.”

Barrymore was married to Welsh barman Jeremy Thomas, who she divorced in 1995, before marrying comedian Tom Green, divorcing the Canadian in 2002.

If I were to dress up Drew it would certainly be as sunny as her personality. Since she’s always  on the go, this crossback dress with clementine and blue floral print would be perfect for her. Drew can easily pull this look off with flat sandals, wedges or chunky platforms.
