(on her 2007 New Years resolution) For the 10th year in a row I will make a resolution to not bite my nails. And for the 10th year in a row I'm sure I will break that by 5 January. I think that's the longest I went without biting my nails. I'm meeting with a hypnotherapist in an effort to stop. I'm really happy about this because that's one of my things that I do that I no longer want to do,

I really wanted to be in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I was 10 minutes away from auditioning when my agent left me a message saying that the part had been offered to Angelina Jolie. I got really crazy, ignored it, and auditioned anyway. I really thought I had a chance!

I love being naked. I do everything in the nude, even the gardening! We're Cuban, and it's a hot island. Why not go nude?

When I put weight on, it doesn’t go to my ass or thighs. It goes straight to my boobs.

Janet Jackson is so impressed by the legion of drag queens who attempt to mimic her act she'd like to be one. The Control hitmaker admits she checks out drag stars who have their own Janet Jackson act whenever she hears of one - and some are amazing. She chuckles, "One of them was at the Baton (Show Lounge) in Chicago. This was a few years ago. And she did a wonderful job. "(There was) another… in Atlanta at the Jungle. She did a wonderful job as well.
"They really study you… (and) they pour it on more, which I absolutely love. They give more than I do and I love that. The first time I went to the Baton in Chicago and saw this show, I was with some of my dancers.
"Afterward, I said to my dancers, 'We've gotta pull (it) up because these bitches are hitting it. They're giving so much femininity and we look like boys onstage.'
Jackson tells Eonline.com that sometimes the drag queens' Janet routines make it into her live shows.
She adds, "We were trying our hardest to ooze with that feminine touch."
And she'd love to 'drag it up' for a magazine photoshoot: "It would be really fun to do a whole editorial spread in a magazine with me as a drag queen, completely from head to toe. I would love to do that."

Actress Naomi Watts has been unveiled as the new face of designer THIERRY MUGLER's Angel fragrance.

The blonde beauty will grace billboards and TV screens later this year (08) as the spokesmodel of the perfume.
Watts was filmed for the TV commercial by director Bill Condon, and was snapped by acclaimed photographer Al Mahdavi for the print adverts.

(on working with the new Superman, Brandon Routh) He was very professional. And he's in this skin-tight suit with the cape, and he had people constantly picking at him and prodding him and making sure the cape laid perfectly. So it was a constant pressure and focus on him. I'm usually the one getting poked and prodded because I'm the girl, so it was a relief for me.

(on initially having reservations to do 'Superman Returns') I'd never been a part of a film this big, so I was afraid of the unknown. I was nervous about being seen by that amount of people!

(her take on her 'Superman' character, Lois Lane, being torn between two men) I think she loves one and cares for him very deeply and admires him and appreciates him. And I think the other she's in love with - he has her heart and he's her great love. That's sort of unexplainable. I'm sure everyone can relate to that - where you have a great love in your life who will always have a piece of your heart, whether you end up with him or not. It's that universal struggle that everyone goes though.

A lot of manhours were probably put into this dress - just look at the sequins or beads that went into that dress! But are people raving about it? It's either you wear a really fantastic dress or not. The in-betweens are forgettable. 

This would have been lovely if it was a mini skirt with low neckline and no sleeves. And wearing it to a different event like a premier night or something.
