When I saw Ralph Macchio in a couple of episodes of “Ugly Betty” this season, I didn’t realize it was him. He looked familiar, but I couldn’t place his face. Then he shows up at the “The Reader” premiere in New York and wham! It hit me! The teenage boy almost every gal young and old had a crush on back in the 80s has grown up and although still good looking, a far cry from the “Karate Kid” we knew. Searched the Net and almost all his appearances lately show him wearing similar outfits to this one. Well, at least he wears bright shirts under his coats.
