I find it pointless making so many outfit changes in one show when not one outfit doesn’t deserve a second look. The woman can pick hit songs but can’t pick the right dress?

The 2008 CMA Awards was one red carpet extravaganza. No one, however, came close to Carrie Underwood, who, as the show’s co-host, wore nine looks in one CMA awards night (bagging the Vocalist of the Year Award to boot). She hit the red carpet in a canary yellow belter halter gown by Roberto Cavalli with glold clutch ad diamond yellow. On stage, her costume changes were just pure eye candy, especially the stunning black beaded and ruffled Badgley Mischka gown she performed in and a elegant blue silk strapless gown by Naeem Khan.

It’s so the drama for country singers Carrie Underwood and Jessica Simpson.
The American Idol, however, regrets making Simpson angry by saying Tony Romo still calls her months after they’ve split.
“It was something that was said in passing, and I would never mean to say anything to hurt anybody or stir up anything, because I’m just not about drama…at all,” said Underwood in the December issue of Elle.
Back in August, Underwood said her phone rings “and it’ll be [Romo], and I’ll maybe not answer.” Simpson denied quickly that her current beau still chats with his ex (”I looked at his call log,” she disclosed).
Underwood says she understands why Simpson was pissed at her.
“I might be mad, too, if somebody said my boyfriend was calling some other girl,” she said. “So I can definitely see where she would be coming from.”
Besides, Underwood says she hasn’t spoken to Romo, “since, like, May.”
The drama, she says, is just part of the job description of being a celebrity.
“All celebrities have to be involved in drama — or they’re not celebrities,” rationalized Underwood. “There must be something wrong with ‘em!”
Of course, all this is worth the fame and fortune.
Madame Tussaud is out on a roll and this time around, country singer Carrie Underwood got her own wax likeness. Unlike the previous ones featured here at StyleCritics, Carrie is much better and more fashionable than her double. Don’t you agree?

And the Carrie-Jessica comparison refuses to die down and guess what? Somehow it’s good for Jessica Simpson - at least she will be in the news even if she isn’t doing anything major. But she loves to eat meat, what kind - we don’t know.
But when it comes to their fashion sense, they won’t get any love in that department because they both suck at it -terribly!
