Scarfs are great. This huge hunk of cloth can do anything – from hiding a baby bump or a figure flaw to instantly turning you into a fashionista in a second And for now, the bigger, the longer, the better!

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz have a new addition to their family: a 10-week-old puppy.

“The newest addition to the family. Meet Rigby,” writes Wentz about their new pet.

Wentz is known for his love of pets: His dog Hemingway was the ringbearer for his May wedding to Ashlee, who showed off her baby bump at Wentz’s bar opening last week.

And luckily, Rigby loves Hemingway just as much. “[She] pretty much follows Hem around,” says Wentz.

But for his 29th birthday on June 5, he also commissioned a cake that was a life-size replica of Hemingway.

“Kinda weird to eat your dog,” writes Wentz. “But I got past it.”

The Fall Out Boy rocker - who is expecting his first child with wife Ashlee Simpson - has been reading Armin Brott’s birthing guide ‘The Expectant Father’ to get tips on how to support Ashlee, 23, throughout her pregnancy and how to bond with his child.

He said: “I talk to our baby all the time. ‘The Expectant Father’ tells you that the woman, when she speaks, the baby hears her all the time. And the father's voice isn't familiar unless you talk to it, so I talk to it all the time.”

Pete, 29, also hinted the baby won’t be the last for the couple, who married in an intimate ceremony in front of close friends and family in May. He added to People magazine: “This is the first one so we'll have to base the next one on how we do on the first one!

Singer Ashlee Simpson has married boyfriend Pete Wentz in a ceremony at her parents' home in California, People magazine reported on Sunday.

The 23-year-old Simpson wed Fall Out Boy guitarist Wentz, 28, on Saturday night in front of around 150 guests, the entertainment news outlet reported. Simpson's father Joe performed the non-denominational ceremony.

Simpson's sister and fellow pop star, Jessica, was maid of honor, while guests included American football star Tony Romo, reality television star Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

It is the first marriage for both.

I think one of the things that should be required between two style-challenged people before getting married is fashion rehab. It's hard when two people with bad taste marry, think about the influence they will have on their kids or the trauma. The horror!
