Phoebe Price stocked up early for Halloween as she took her mother and her little dog to Mr. Bones Pumpkin patch in LA. Phoebe opted to stay out of the whole costume game by wearing what is the usual for her - light gray cowl-neck top, black leggings with ripped sides, over the knee boots and black leather gloves. Of course, there goes the trademark hat again. But Phoebe’s super cute dog is Halloween ready, dressed up as a pumpkin in orange and green. Cute! I would wear that cowl neckline with skinny jeans or plain black tights.

Phoebe Price has lunch with her mother on a sunny afternoon in Beverly Hills, California. There is no such thing as simple jeans and a white tee for Phoebe. This time, she loaded up on the accessories, wearing a long scarf, her trademark fedora hat, fingerless gloves, bangles and black heels. More is definitely more for Phoebe, even for a day out with mom! But something about the outfit seems to be screaming Lindsay Lohan.

Just when you thought Phoebe Price is back to wearing ordinary clothes, think again. There seems to be a lack of undergarment for Miss Price at the Macy’s Passport red carpet event in Los Angeles. This sparkly silver dress has floaty sleeves and a lacy hem. Add to that her strappy silver heels, chandelier earrings and great hair. That’s Phoebe for you. Aside from that minor oops, of course.

It’s not Lindsay Lohan, it’s just Phoebe Price channeling her inner Lohan in ripped black tights, tank and the (overused?) peace sign. Maybe doing so keeps her feeling young. The actress/model was seen strolling in Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills. O la la!

Is it just me or has Phoebe Price toned down a bit? At the Zara Terez Winter/Spring Collection West Coast Launch at Skybar in West Hollywood, she is less than outlandish in a beige ruffled shirt dress which she wore with a belt, pumps and a detailed clutch. The thing about Phoebe Price is that she starts with a decent dress and then just adds her own personal touches to it. Like this multicolored number she wore to a dinner at Katsuya Restaurant in Hollywood. It is cute just as it is with an long beaded necklace but it can do without the fedora with a feather. She finished with a metallic silver bag and strappy heels. I’d wear this dress with some cute flats and head right out the door.
