Everyone said Miley looked cute and for a rare moment, like the teen that she is, at the “Bolt” premiere, wearing a colorbloc dress. Her baubles were fab, too. Well, several days later we spotted Kelly Osbourne wearing the same dress, albeit with studs added on the waist band. Why? Who knows. And whoa — Kelly sure slimmed down. A wedding diet? Well, I liked Kelly’s gray shoes, but she’s just too white.

The 'Project Catwalk' host revealed she wears Spanx body stockings "practically every day" to ensure she looks svelte under her tight dresses.
Kelly - who has previously come under fire for her appearance, and has attracted considerable media attention because of her famous family - insists she has changed in recent times.
She said: "For a long time people have told me I'm fat and ugly and a spoiled brat. The media perceived me in a certain way and I fell into it. But I've changed a lot over the past year.
"Now I think before I speak. I've grown up a bit and I'm choosing my own career path."
