Every gal just has to have a bag and fashionable ones have to have lots. I have bags of different styles and colors to match every outfit for casual wear, active wear, and formal wear. My bags even have to match my shoes. For 2008, here are my top favorites, which I give credit to some female celebrities who helped me discover (and rediscover) them.

[1] Bryna Nicole Loyola Satchel that Blake Lively carried around the set of Gossip Girl. She had a purple one (such a fab color) and I got the same one at $539. Right now, though, only the cream, choco, and black are available. [2] Rebecca Minkoff Nikki bag, which Gossip Girl Leighton Meester brought along a lot last summer off the set. This hobo bag costs $595. [3] Gwen Stefani’s favorite L.A.M.B. Aston-Winston Satchel, which has, unfortunately, been out of stock for months and thus, I have been unable to get one. [4] Louis Vuitton Black Mizi Vienna Bowler Bag that was Kim Kardashian’s favorite. Alas, I could only find a replica at $269. [5] Kristen Bell, Paris Hilton, Penelope Cruz, Lindsay Lohan are but among the few stars who reminded me that a classic never goes out of style. Such are the Chanel purses and my favorite of the lot is the new Cruise 2009 (yes, technically, it isn’t part of 2008, but it was released this year, so it still counts) quilted flap bag in pink lambskin with silver hardware tagged at $2,850, which I’m still desperately saving for.

“Gossip Girl” star Blake Lively catches everyone’s attention on and off the camera. She’s got that X factor girls her age just dream of. She’s not a classic beauty, but her personality wins everyone and her sex appeal just oozes in her pose. More often than not, Blake has a good sense of fashion, too. Penn Badgely is surely one lucky guy.

Weddings, funeral fights, fixed dates, drugs, alcohol, lovers quarrel, Chuck Bass crying. Yeah, it’s been one hell of a year for Gossip Girl!

They left Gossip Girl with a bang by deepening Chuck Bass (Westwick) character and his relationship with Blair Waldorf (Meester)!! It was action packed lies, deceit, drama, and juicy gossip, of course!  Wonder how the rest of the season will turn out?!!

With all these elements, Gossip Girl has the most fashionable style. My favorite outfit of the season so far was Blair Waldorf’s (Meester) white Marc Jacobs dress. That was just simply elegant- she was more graceful than an angel!

Gossip Girl has definitely strained our eyes- let’s see how much more psychotic it can get!!

Blake Lively attended RayBan’s relaunch party for the Clubmasters. She is donning an ref Helmut Lang leather jacket with a Vena Cava tank and a beautiful Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra vintage necklace.

Everything would be so cute as individual pieces. The color combo mix is not going so well! She reminds me of a Reece’s Pieces candy.

Gossip Girl Intelligence here reporting on O Brother, Where Bart Thou?

First things first, how insane and well done was Westwick’s performance for the crazy Chuck Bass. When he started to cry, that just pulled some of my heart strings!

This episode was the best so far of the season. Blair actually cares about Chuck, it was really endearing to see them together. Who hates Aaron? He’s kind of a creep if you ask me. And will someone will tell Serena to stop playing around and just go for Dan!!

Lilly needs some sort of reality check, her hubby just died and shes already all up on Rufus? Poor Mr. Bart Bass! And wow, what happened to that baby in France???

And of course the love triangle of Nate Archibald - Vanessa then Jennie then back to Vanessa. Come on Nate just stick with Vanessa!!

Can’t wait till January- its going to be hard waiting! Can’t wait for what ad’s Gossip Girl will release when the new episodes start airing in January!

So what’s the rumor mill churning up these days? It looks like one lucky star on Gossip Girl will be getting a spin-off. The big question remains, who the hell is it?! Mystery, mystery.

My predictions:

Blair Waldorf (Meester) always a back shadow to Serena. This girl needs more back story to why she behaves and treats people with such malice. How would she really act without Serena?

Chuck Bass (Westwick) has a mysterious life. He’s a womanizer, boozer, and a trust fund boy. He may act like a “Basshole” but there are dark reasons. We need more info on his weird relationship with his father and childhood. Imagine seeing Chuck Bass hit on girls at the age of 3 !?

Serena van der Woodsen (Lively) and Dan Humphrey (Badgley)  has nothing really to tell. We know Dan is lonely boy and Serena is reformed party girl.  If one of them gets a show, it will pretty much breaking up and making up. And maybe Dan will become some sort of Chuck Bass 2.0 !

Nate Archibald (Crawford) is the rich bad boy but with the warmest heart on the inside. His story line may take viewers on twists and turns also. His family fortune is up in the air and his love interests always turn in to busts. Who knows if he will be poor little rich boy or a future brother-in-law to Dan Humphrey?

Vanessa Abrams (Szohr) is a Brooklyn outsider who has clashed with the rich kids. All we know about Vanessa is she’s not wealthy and she doesn’t go to school. Maybe more outlook on her family life and rebellion from her? Is there a possibility of finding a new boy toy besides Nate Archibald. Who knows, there so much more we need to see from Vanessa!

It’s all juicy speculations but if I had the choice it would be a toss up with Blair Waldorf or Chuck Bass.

Blake Lively, a California native, has a different view to see everyday now. She’s living it up in the fast pace world of NYC.

Before her hit role as Serena on Gossip Girl, she played this soccer player attention seeker in the “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”. She was cute a couple years ago but this girl transformed into a beautiful NYC citizen!

I loved her role in “Accepted”, she had the cutest clothes in that movie!!

Well, Lively is living the life in NYC, with her posh makeup and handbags.
