You know how ugly this dress is? We would have to sedate Victoria Beckham and put her on a strait jacket to wear Geri Halliwell’s mess of a dress. Stay away from clothes Victoria wouldn’t let her Jaguar get dirt from.

Those purple tights really look good..on the runway.  On normal days, either you take a part-time job as a mascot or work in a candy counter, it’s real eye candy. Posh would disown you. Or not.

All together now:

The farmer in the dell
The farmer in the dell
Hi-ho, the derry-o
The farmer in the dell

Where’s the cheese, Geri?

Racing champion and Dancing with the Stars winner Helio Castroneves would have been Geri Halliwell’s ideal man – if he were a little taller.

“I’m a small girl and I need a tall man!” the 5’2” ex-Spice Girl told OK! Magazine, “I have to think about genetics!”

So I guess even if Helio wore elevator shoes, it still wouldn’t work huh?

Just because you are out promoting your new children’s book does not mean you have to dress as the characters in it. The juvenile bow in her hair makes us forget that Geri was ever sizzling redhead Ginger Spice. She’s looking more and more like a half-awake stay-at-home mom.

Geri’s At Peace with New Body

New mom Geri Halliwell is very much concerned with cultivating a healthy body image for her daughter Bluebell. The Spice Girl had battled bulimia before, and doesn’t want her former unhealthy ways to rub off on her daughter.

Now that Ginger Spice looks better than ever, she credits it all to healthy living, not about spending a lifetime at the gym. "I want to have a healthy body image for Bluebell," the singer told UK’s Glamour Magazine, “I think it's good to promote a healthy example, so whatever shape she is, she loves herself."

News flash for Ms. Halliwell: that floral A-line miniskirt went out of style even before Spice Girls was conceived. And that two-toned pink sweater set has also long reached its fashion demise.

For me though, Geri’s still a star – though her wardrobe is clearly a has-been.

The Original Spice Girl

In the 1997 UK election, Geri Halliwell could not help but show her admiration for former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. “She was the original Spice Girl,” Ginger Spice was quoted as saying, “She was a real role model for young women.” She apparently does not feel the same for Tony Blair, who she dissed, saying, “[he] was not a safe pair of hands for the economy.”

Wonder how she feels about current PM Gordon Brown?

Oh no! Has motherhood taken the spice out of Geri Halliwell? The mom jeans, the unsightly tote bag, the frumpy boots and the denim on denim combo… Has Ginger Spice let herself go?

P.S. Fashion advice for the clueless: Limit the use of denim to only one piece in an outfit. As shown here in Exhibit A, too much denim does not look good.

Geri Halliwell celebrated the news Spice Girls bandmate Melanie Brown's baby daughter was Eddie Murphy's child by buying the singer a $14,000 diamond and white gold necklace.

"This is a one night stand - you can enjoy it more" Geri Halliwell is sure fans will enjoy the newly reformed Spice Girls tour.

"Writing for me feels like home. I've always written - at school I loved writing stories and creating mini-worlds where anything can happen.

"As a Spice Girl I wrote lyrics for many of our hits and have continued to do so in my solo career." Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is set to follow in her childhood idol Madonna's footsteps by launching a career as a children's author.

Geri attended Gianni Versace's 10th death anniversary wearing this nude bustier with a floor length skirt. The problem is, not only is this gown so down right ugly, it is so ten years ago. There are styles you recycle, then there are just some you bury six feet under, like Geri's number.
