Lochte’s on a hot streak at the 13th FINA World Championships held in Rome, Italy. Not only placing first in the 200 IM final, he broke the World Record by 1:54.10, the previous WR (1:54.23) was held by Michael Phelps.

Of course it wouldn’t be a true Lochte moment without his grillz making an appearance on the medal stand with his gold medal. Jeah!

Also, Ryan Lochte was on the relay team with Michael Phelps, Mattew Grevers, and Nathan Adrian for the Men’s 4x 100m Freestyle. Yes, they won the gold and dominated the French again!

Looks like Olympic swimming champion Michael Phelps’ winning streak isn’t quite over! At the 2009 Espy Awards, Phelps nabbed 5 Espy’s, including Best Male Athlete of the Year. Those awards are quite remarkable but the best part was his red carpet date, his mom, Debbie Phelps! He completed his outfit with a well tailored suit with a blue button down.
