Tina Fey won big at the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Although she lost to Kristin Chenoweth for the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy category, Tina still came out a winner that night, bagging the coveted Outstanding Comedy Series for 30 Rock. Tina also stole the red carpet that night in her elegant black Gucci long gown with a low back and Fred Leighton jewels. That’s what I love about Tina’s style. She’s always classy!
The 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards was Toni Collette’s night. The Australian star won for best comic actress for her role in the Showtime’s “United States of Tara.” Toni wore a coral Monique Lhuiller strapless gown with a tiered skirt. Love her hair in a simple updo, her dangling earrings and that cute green bracelet. Yes, this is definitely her night!

Kristin Chenoweth is all glammed up for the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards in LA. She is so sexy in a dangerously short jewel-encrusted dress by Zuhair Murad! This dress goes so well with the award too, I must say. Kristin picked up her first Emmy for her supporting role in the dramedy Pushing Daisies. Although she was treated for migraine during the awards, she is now feeling fine and looking very fab too! Don’t worry Kristen, I am sure you will find yourself in “Mad Men”, “The Office” and “24″ very soon. Love your speech!
Kim Kardashian had a fashion emergency yesterday as the zipper of her Ina Soltani gown “popped and broke” on her way to the Emmy’s. The voluptuous star who freaked out with the incident said that her stylist saved the day as she met Kim on the red carpet to work some magic on her problematic zipper. No wonder Kourtney was alone when she was interviewed yesterday. Oh, thank God for stylists! And you look great Kim!

Phyllis Smith at the Entertainment Tonight/People Magazine’s Emmy Awards after party.

Phyllis Smith, Leslie David Baker (The Office) and jewelry expert Michael O’ Connor clowning around at the Platinum Guild’s Prime Time Emmy Jewelry Preview
Yesterday at the Platinum Guild International’s 2009 Prime Time Emmy Jewelry Preview, we caught up with “The Office” star Phyllis Smith being assisted by jewelry/style expert Michael O’ Connor on her jewelry “agenda” for the 2009 Emmy Awards. Michael chose platinum and diamond dangling earrings by Jacob & Co to compliment Phyllis’ face shape and to go with her gray Sydney’s Closet dress. Phyllis on her amazing earrings: “They’re fantastic, I don’t want to take them off. I think I am going to sleep in them.”

I am so jealous that Anna Torv (Fringe) presented with Kiefer Sutherland! But the 5′ 8″ Torv was also a show-stopper herself in a sequined body hugging Marc Bouwer number which had a very deep neckline. The sexy look was completed with Lorraine Schwarz jewels, Sergio Rossi heels and a clutch by Cecelia at the 2009 Emmy awards.
Presenter Dany Delany was also in a purple and the second Basil Soda dress for tonight, the other one was on Christina Applegate. During her interview, Dana sounded so excited to be wearing Lebanese fashion designer Basil and she should. Like they say, it’s in the details, notice the details on the bodice on this dress - it was even more beautiful on TV. She wore it with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Prada heels with Katherine Bauman clutch.
Now this is what purplicious should be all about! Ginnifer Goodwin’s beautiful YSL number was accessorized with Ivanka Trump necklace and ring with Bulgari Earrings. This is the type of dress I would wear in a heart beat - bare neck or not. Easily one of the best looks for me at the 2009 Emmy Awards.
