Katherine Heigl wasn't kidding when she told the Oscar audience she was nervous. Behind the scenes, a stagehand asked if she was OK. ''I just need a cigarette,'' she said, bumming one from a security guard and heading out to a loading dock.

Katherine was literally on fire in her red keyhole one shoulder gown. But she's lovelier with less or natural make-up. Red dress with matching red cheeks made her look so dolled up. Cute on dolls but hideous on Katherine.

Actress ANNE HATHAWAY will collect the Female Star Of The Year award at the movie industry's ShoWest Convention in Las Vegas in March (08).

 

“I have no aspirations of world domination through the pop charts. None at all.”

“I was 17 years old when I was cast in The Princess Diaries . That film landed, and it landed big. And so I became identified with a role that wasn't really me. I've never had any problem with going to the lengths of what a film demands. You can tell that by my eyebrows in The Princess Diaries .

Anne finally wears a gown fitting for a goddess in her crimson draped one shoulder dress by Marchesa. The rosettes details are just lovely. Looks like somebody is blooming.
