She may have a whole lot of on-air time with her husband gunning for the Presidency, but Michelle Obama likes her clothes at bargain price.
After Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin took the brunt for her $150,000 wardrobe, Michelle Obama talks about the latest hot topic in the heated elections – clothes.
”Actually, this is a J. Crew ensemble,” the aspiring first lady told Jay Leno on the Tonight Show, referring to her yellow sweater set, ”You can get some good stuff online.”
Now on to more serious stuff, Michelle says that she sympathizes with Sarah on what it is like to be in the public eye, ”A VP pick, it’s like being shot out of a cannon,” she told Leno, “All of a sudden you’re at the center of attention, and you want to look good.”
