Both the singer’s parents posed by the statue that looks tidy and trim you’d wish the real Winehouse wasn’t so hygienically-challenged and didn’t spend the better part of her life looking perpetually gross. Or, that Madame T should have made the sculpture filthier so it would be more genuine.

In my humble opinion, Amy’s mum and dad should strive to become better parents by throwing her in a bathtub (and tying her down there if they must) and soaking her with the most powerful antiseptic for a few months or until she looks clean enough (if that’s even possible) so she wouldn’t be mistaken as having just come out of the dumpster.

Just kidding. Seriously. Sky is blue, grass is green, Winehouse should be unclean. It’s common knowledge that she fears bathtime as it takes her precious time off her nasal stuff.

The driving-challenged Hilton is reportedly involved in another case of bad driving skills.

Contactmusic.com reports that the socialite (sometimes actress, mostly party animal) was apprehended by California traffic police on Tuesday (July 22) after they saw her “weaving through traffic on the 134 freeway in Glendale.”

Hilton got off easy – with only a warning – after she claimed she was lost.

The Simple Life actress has quite an extensive record of driving misdemeanors – speeding, driving without headlights, driving with a suspended license, and driving under the influence.

In June of 2007, she was incarcerated for 23 days out of a 45-day prison sentence after she violated probation on a drink driving charge filed against her in 2006.

I think it would be for the safety of the planet’s citizens if Hilton just stopped driving and relegated the task to a qualified person before she runs over a living thing.

If she can afford hundreds of posh pooches, then she can surely afford a driver.

Anyway, Hulk Hogan’s daughter has been offered to pose for Hugh Hefner’s glossy mag, NY Daily News reports.

According to her publicist, Brooke has been approached to pose undressed, unclothed, uncovered, stripped, naked, however you call, it for the popular men’s mag.

However, daddy Hulk may have something to say about the idea. He’s pretty protective of his 20-year-old daughter, who many think is really a son, and doesn’t want her looking like a sl-t.

On the other hand, if the Hulkster will be given the chance to take the pics and decide on her ‘do, Brooke will most likely be given the green light.

For the record, Brooke has flaunted her big curvaceous self in a skimpy suit in a previous FHM issue before, but she has never posed nude.

Her publicist says no decision has been made yet if she’ll be accepting the offer. Kinda baffling considering that Brooke reportedly didn’t say no. Is it just me or the thought of her in a men’s mag is causing my mental capacity to take a nose-dive?

Us Weekly reports that actress Sienna Miller is taking two British media organizations to court after they put out topless photos of her on vacation with new man oil heir Balthazar Getty.

London’s The Guardian states that Miller insists that photo agency Big Pictures and tabloids The Sun and News of the World were in violation of her privacy when they published reports and photographs about her and Getty.

The lawsuit comes mere days after Getty publicly declared that he and his wife Rosetta have separated.

The actor, who has four children with Rosetta, said in a statement, “the breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved.”

Getty, who plays Tommy Walker in Brothers And Sisters, also said that the pictures that have emerged in print and on the Internet have caused him and his family “great embarrassment.”

While Miller may have a right to privacy, she can hardly blame those photogs for taking pictures of her naked while outdoors on a boat, on a deck, and probably a gazillion other places.

Being a public figure, she should be well aware that she is paps material so she needs to keep her shirt on while in public. If she doesn’t want to, she should stop whining about the consequences of her actions.

Besides, the paps wanted evidence of her affair with the very married Getty.

Catwalk pro Naomi Campbell says models of the current generation are so way below her.

Campbell, along with Claudia Schiffer, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista and Cindy Crawford, was one of the original supermodels.

But the British model says her supermodeling era has long been over. Glad to know she’s aware of that.

And the new wave of fashionistas including Lily Cole and Agyness Deyn need to prove themselves worthy of the supermodel title.

The feisty Campbell believes the only model currently deserving of the title is Gisele Bundchen.

The catwalk queen tells Britain’s Daily Mirror, “I think the term ’supermodel’ gets thrown around too much nowadays. Models need to earn their stripes - I just think the term is used a little too loosely. Kate Moss is obviously a supermodel but after Gisele, I don’t think there’s been one.”

While she slammed the models for their unworthiness, Campbell herself was allegedly the subject of gossip way over there in Russia.

According to SFGate.com, she refused to pay a $400 bill at the Ritz Carlton in Moscow after she reportedly burned silk sheets on fire.

Campbell, who was with billionaire lover Vladislav Doronin, declined to pay after the hotel’s cleaning staff found that the silk bed sheets in their room had holes burnt into them.

A representative for Campbell shoots down the rumors and says, “She didn’t have candles on the sheets. She did not smoke in the hotel room. It is completely untrue.”

Sherri Shepherd, that host of The View who has had more views than some people really care about, has spilled her secrets to a Christian magazine.

In an interview with Precious Times, Shepherd disclosed how more than a decade ago, particularly when she was a Jehovah’s witness, her life was spinning out of control.  She has since converted to Christianity.

Here’s part of her revelation: “In 1993, my mother was dying from diabetic complications. My sister was heavy into drugs, and we would have to go and get her from crack houses. I was in a very physically abusive relationship.”

While this may probably induce unwilling tears in our eyes, wait till you read what she had to say next.

“I was sleeping with a lot of guys and had more abortions than I would like to count.”

There it is. I knew you knew there had to be a catch somewhere. But wait, if she didn’t sleep with a ton of dudes, would she have been more interested in counting? Just wondering.

Before we digress to that part when Shepherd once wondered out loud if the world was flat, we might want to pay attention to what a celebrity therapist had to say.

Gilda Carle tells E! Online, “Of all the people on The View, nobody pays attention to her. We know that Whoopi and Joy are outspoken, and we know all about crying Elizabeth. But now Sherri wants people to pay attention to her.” There goes boo-hoo.

Folk musician Devendra Banhart has requested the beautiful presence of current girlfriend Natalie Portman in his new really loony music video for his new track Carmensita.

In the spoof video, Portman plays a Bollywood princess who must be rescued from an evil king by the “rebellious beard” of a prince played by the really hairy Banhart, who looks awfully like an unkempt JC.

At the end of the video, Portman’s character is reincarnated as a tiny octopus. Can anyone get more creative than this?

The folk rocker, who has been dating Portman since March this year, is currently playing a number of live dates to promote his latest project Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Canyon.

If you watch the video, and I mean really watch it and not just poke fun at it throughout its entire run, you’ll notice something that you won’t probably want to, especially if you just crammed your tummy to the brim.

And if you haven’t been on an acid trip, this video will give you an idea. That’s what most viewers who suffered through the really idiotic mini-film are saying anyway.

But to be fair, maybe that’s just how Banhart expresses his artistic self. (Excuse me while I barf.)

Angelina Jolie and her newborn fraternal twins have left the French hospital she gave birth in – without paps intervening their escape.

Hospital representative Nadine Bauer told People, “Angelina Jolie left the Clinic Santa Maria of Fondation Lenval early in the morning of July 19th. The mother and babies are doing very well.”

The Wanted actress gave birth to Knox Leon and Viviene Marcheline on Saturday night via Caesarean section. Knox weighed 5.03 lbs., while Vivienne was 5 lbs.

Reports claim that Jolie and her family checked out of the Fondation Lenval hospital at 4am on Saturday, when only a few journalists were milling around.

An eyewitness reported that a gray Volkswagen minibus with tinted windows turned up at the hospital. All of a sudden, a gated emergency access area that was closed for the past week was unlocked and around five people went inside the waiting van.

Later that morning, Dr. Michael Sussmann, the physician who delivered the twins, confirmed that Jolie and her entourage had indeed left.

How frustrating it must have been for the paps who thought they could snap away at the new twins. That’s an estimated $16 million down the drain.
