The trio pop sensation have reportedly signed on to make their movie debut in the flick entitled in Walter The Farting Dog according to Variety. Younger brother Frankie, sometimes referred to as the “Bonus Jonas” will also appear in the film which will start filming in spring of 2009.

This movie is based on a best selling book series by William Kotzwinkle and Glenn Murray. The teen sensations play the role of musicians who are tasked to take care of their ailing great-aunt’s smelly pooch.

After being rushed to the hospital right after the show, Dancing with the Stars pro dancer Julianne Hough confirms that appendicitis is the cause of her mysterious stomach troubles.

The two-time dancing champ released a statement in her personal website saying that she has been diagnosed with Endometriosis, a growth of uterine-lining tissue outside the uterus and will be “undergoing minor surgery to remove her appendix.”

Meanwhile, as E! Online reports, her partner Cody Linley will be having a substitute partner.

This is not the first time that this season of DWTS has been plagued with health problems. Jeffrey Ross scratched his cornea, Brooke Burke injured her foot and Misty May-Treanor had to bow out of the show due to a hurt ankle.

A man who claims that he has been punched by Howard early this year is slapping him with a lawsuit with a hefty price tag - $5 million at that.

“We are aware of the allegations and expect this frivolous suit to be dismissed,” the actor’s publicist told E! News. This suit claims that Howard slapped Tex Allen, a composer and brother of director/choreographer Debbie Allen, during the rehearsals of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, a Broadway show which Howard starred in.
