Of course, there goes the trademark hat again. But Phoebe’s super cute dog is Halloween ready, dressed up as a pumpkin in orange and green. Cute! I would wear that cowl neckline with skinny jeans or plain black tights.

After dropping off her fiancé Hayden Christensen to LAX airport, Rachel Bilson took her car to the Arco gas station and pumped away. No trace of missing Hayden, Rachel was all smiles even as the paparazzi caught her doing chores. With temperatures dropping, we will be seeing a lot of Uggs everywhere!
