But Elizabeth Hurley got to it first by wearing it a few months earlier in May 2009 to the Amber Fashion Show and Auction in Monte Carlo. Victoria Silvstedt was spotted in this dress today at Tommy Hilfger celebrates Fifth Avenue Global Flagship Opening. Victoria wore red peep toes and Elizabeth preferred black. Good thing is even wearing nude heels with this number is fab!
