Audrina Patridge is simply gorgeous in this Karl Lagerfield dress to Comic-Con in San Diego. Love the pleated details on the bodice and down the back. Audrina wore it with Christian Louboutin Differa sandals and toted a black Chanel bag. What can I say? She looks fab!
